We regret to announce the passing of Mr. Clarence ‘Tootsie’ Bean, beloved husband to the late Stella Bean, son of the late Alton and Alice Bean, loving father to Shelton Bean [Tianja], Jeanette Trott [Peter], Deborah Bean [Curtis], Donna Raynor [Ray], brother to the late Arthur Bean, the late Winifred, the late Vivian, the late Erminie Simmons, the late Jamie Bean, and the late Phyliss Wilson[the late Earl], in his 91st year of 6 Bell Lane, Devonshire.
