Augustus Funeral Home regrets to announce the passing of Mrs. Glenda Harriette Anne Young.
A Graveside service for Mrs. Glenda Harriette Anne Young, beloved wife to Ervin Young, daughter of the late Samuel and Burnetta Douglas, loving mother to Ervin Jr., Ervinette, the late Earlston and Gladwyn Young, sister to the late Sidney, Jim, Forster, Arthur, Hurbert, John [Nick], Gordon Douglas and Alma Stevens, in her 89th year of 12 Lookout Lane, Devonshire, will be held at Pembroke Parish Cemetery on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 11:00 am.
Relatives and friends may pay their last respects at Augustus Funeral Home on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 6:30pm to 8:00pm.
Lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Omar, Ian, Shadae, Ericka, Asiyah, Keisha; great grandchildren: Dae, Khalil, Dorjah, Giselle, Ian Jr., Andra, Sierra, Jahdae, Isaac; daughters-in-law: Brenda and Judy Young; brothers-in-law: Keith Young, late Wellington, Raymond, Ashley, Gregory; sisters-in-law: Phobe Douglas [Foster], Minola [Arthur]; special friends: Mrs. Katherine Cox, Phillis Warren, Mrs. Manola [caregiver], numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends to mention.
Covid-19 precautions are to be observed, we are required to have a maximum limit of 20 persons in the viewing chapel at any given time. Mask and hand sanitation will be required, social distancing observed.
