We regret to inform of the untimely passing of James Dowling Sr, son of the late Florence Lee, in his 82nd year of life. He is survived by his wife Joeanne Elanor Dowling, daughter Leslene Dowling, son James Dowling Jr. and grandson Javoni Dowling-Swan.
