We regret to announce the death of Anthony Chalmers [Too Ton] [The Blade] Rabain, former taxi driver of T1502, loving husband of Aleatha Rabain; loving father to the late Eulamae Raynor and Melvin [Jocelyn] Rabain; Stepfather to Rochelle Todd, Cassandra Todd, and Andre’ Todd; and grandfather to Tyshae Raynor, of 18 West Ave, Sunnyside Park SN 03.
