We announce, with sadness, the passing of R. David Young of Sandy’s in his 81st year. David was the beloved husband of Elizabeth J. Young [nee Early], dear father of Kelly Wiebe [Jason], Ann Berry [Robert], and the late Alan Sadler [Joanna]. He was the proud Papa of Benjamin and Peter Wiebe, Richard, Steven, Christopher, and Alexandra Berry, and Bianca Sadler. He will be missed by his brother Michael [late Erna], sisters Sheila Henderson [Raymond] and Mary Stones [Simon]. He joins his parents, the late Kenneth and Beryl Young. He will be remembered by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends here and abroad as well as, adopted daughter, Anna Daniel, special friends Tina and Mel Bulford, Antione [Sowow] Simons. and the Portland Square family. Special thanks to PALS caregivers Kathy, Alvin and Tisha.
His Graveside service will be held at St. James Church, Main Road, Sandy’s at 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 23rd 2022. There will be no viewing.
