A Homegoing service for the late Mrs. Inez Evadne Caesar, beloved wife of the late Isaac Caesar, daughter of the late Charlotte [Rita] Burgess and Leon Somner, loving mother to Lynn Trott [Carolyn], Dale and Garn Fubler and Altama Burgess [David], sister to Keithlyn Burgess, Lawrence Somner, Gwendolyn Young, Atline Ward, Edna Sharrieff and Verda Burgess, in her 92nd year of 6 Collector’s Hill, Smith’s Parish, will be held at The New Testament Church of God, Heritage Worship Centre on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11:00 am.

Interment will follow at St. Mark’s Cemetery.

Viewing will be held at Augustus Funeral Home Rose Chapel on Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 9:00 am – 10:30 am.

Lovingly remembered by grandchildren: Garnet, Garn, Amanda, Dale Jr., Trevon, Sharon-Ann, Sandro, Talitha, Treasa and Ebony; 15 greatgrandchildren and 5 great great-grandchildren; brother in law: Keith Young; sisters in law: Georgia Burgess and Caridad Somner; god children: Veronica De Couto, Dr. Doranda Green and Kenneth Young; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; special family and friends: Gracelyn Guishard, The Riley Family, Caesar Family, Kiwanis Family and many more family and friends, too numerous to mention.

Inez Caesar was predeceased: sons: Leon and Trevas Fubler; sister: Eunice Sharpe; brothers: Cedric Burgess, Leon and Eric Somner.

Beloved mother and best friend to Lynn Hendrickson Thompson [Earlston], Lynette Colvin and Derrick Colvin [Santa Barbara California], in her 77th year, of Lovejoy, Georgia will be held on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at 11am at First Baptist Church, Devonshire. Interment will follow at Pembroke Parish Cemetery, Pembroke.

She also leaves to cherish her memory:- grandchildren: Lyne’t Colvin [Hugh], Aaron Thompson [Charlene] and Darren Thompson, great-granddaughter Alayah Thompson; brothers Preston Hendrickson [Yolanda], Irvin Hendrickson [Carol] and Shervin Hendrickson [Diana]; sisters: Marilyn Holmes-Amory [Clement], Wilma Yearwood [Roudette Sr.] and Verna Bean; sister-in-law Carolyn Hendrickson, aunt Myrtle Furbert, nieces and nephews, great-nieces and -nephews, great-great nieces and -nephews; Life Long friends Carolyn Welch, Ann Crump, Corliss Talbot and Agnes Hendrickson, godchildren, cousins and other family members and friends too numerous to mention.

Chyral was pre-deceased by brother Lawrence Hendrickson.

Sister to Melvin Somner [Greta], Brian Somner [Peggy/Margurite], Warren Bobby Somner [Florence], Jerome Somner [deceased], and Marcia Williams [Jim]. Affectionately known as “Ma Phyliss” to her grandchildren Joelle Hairston [Aaron], Lakila [Wade] Akindola, Shiquita Carr [Andre], Paco and Kimani Fubler, Mikado and Kyoto Burchall, Katiya and Kayla Fubler.

Family and friends may pay their last respects at a public viewing Monday, July 26, 2021 at August Funeral Home from 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm.

Yvonne is survived by her Sisters and In-Laws: Jacqueline [Ken] Outerbridge, Barbara [Eugene] Bean, Madge [Glen] White, Jennifer Smith, Beverly [Calvin] Dill, Angelia Todd, Gary Gibbons, and Hassan Shakir. Special Friends: Annette Whitter and Muriel Anderson. Nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family and special friends far too numerous to mention. The St. John’s A.M.E. Church Family, The Bermuda Bakery Staff, and The Harlem Heights Family.

Bean [deceased] and Alice F. Bean, nee Stevens; sisters:  Judith L. Brooks nee Bean [Alan], Meredith L. Lee nee Bean [Stanley], Gloria E. Martin nee Bean, Margot L. Bean; brothers: S. Stanford Bean [Deirdre], Andre W. Bean [Lynnette]; son:  Calvin D.S. Simons, Jr., [Cynthia D. Simons-Brangman mother] Dorian E. Simons, nee Henriquez [wife]; grandchildren:  Malika F.
